弊社は一人ですがカスタマーサクセス担当を設けています。顧客満足度を維持向上するにはやはり必須だと感じます。他業務と兼務で試したこともありますが、専任者をおいた方がやはりより丁寧でカスタマイズしたサービスを提供できますし、効果があると思っています。

どちらも利用したことがあります。スタートアップなど比較的小規模な企業であればSlackで十分、というのが個人的な感想です。Slackの方が直感的に操作でき、使い始めるのがかなり楽だった記憶です。Teamsは諸々初期設定をするのに時間がかかりました^^;
