If a user has access to only a small number of contacts because of permission restrictions on them as a user or on their team they can still send emails and perform other actions to the entire data set if they are given permission to use the rel 続きを読む
A 'relationship management system should manage all relationships.
So it should be possible to document the relationships between contacts eg John reports to Susan. Also between companies ie Company X is the auditor of Company Y.
