Ability to Edit Views as Super Admins

Views - Allow Super Admins the ability to edit and save any existing View, regardless of ownership
Would be nice for Super Admins to be able to edit and save any existing view, regardless of the owner/creator. You can only edit the views that are "Created by me". For example if one Super Admin creates a "default" view for users, and it needs read more

Merge contacts permissions
AS admin in companies with more than 50 users, we should be able to manage permissions to merge contacts since it implies "manipulating" the database by anyone who can edit contacts even if he is not aware of the impact merges could have.

Count of values in multiple choices properties

Comparison of properties as enrollment condition on lists/workflows
