Leave pre-recorded voicemails
I would like to be able to pre-record a number of voicemails and select which one to use when I get Voicemail when trying to reach customers. I get voicemail most of the time when reaching out to clients and it would save allot of time and allow me read more

Report on call performance and result by time-of-day and day-of-week
Subject says it all. A graph showing frequency of calls and connect rate by time of day and day of the week would be phenomenal.

Allow Access to Dashboard/Reports from Mobile App
Our reps have some specific reports on a specific dashboard they like to refer to on a daily basis. However, there are times where they may go an entire day without opening their laptop. It would be nice for them to have access to their dashboards v read more

Agreed! I think knowing what the threshold for upvotes and comments it takes to see what action will be taken would be great!

Pausing a Sequence
I think it would be good to be able to pause a sequence. Sometimes you put a prospect on a sequence and things happen... illness, weather (hurricanes) and there is no sense continuing sending them emails and making calls when you know they aren't go read more
