Customize Call Outcome options
I would like to be able to customize the drop down list from the call outcome option as it doesn't represent the outcomes I would like recorded. Is this possible? Otherwise can we turn it off so it doesn't state no outcome on the timeline?

Chatbot Quick replies: edit possibilities

Exporting Sales Productivity Data
Currently, under the sales platform, if I go to Dashboards and go to the Productivity section, if I click "Quick view" after scrolling over "Call" or "Email," then I see a list of the activities. I would like to be able to download this data.
