HubSpot Links Crawler 2.0 user agent hitting protected pages
We are getting hit by a crawler with the user agent of "HubSpot Links Crawler 2.0 http://www.hubspot.com/ " on a gated page. This is happening on the first page after a user signs into the application - thus if an unauthenticated user visits that read more

What are all of the possible Hubspot User Agents?

Call Recordings - Need Much Better Access
I'd love to hear from @Derek_Gervais and others who care about call recordings. Hubspot obviously cares about them, as they are paying Twilio to store them, but damn, they are not easy to access. How are you all getting access to call recordings read more
