Limit workflow actions to weekends
There is currently an option within workflow settings to have actions execute only on business days, but there's some room for more customization there. It would be really useful to add a weekend-only option, or allow customers to manually select wh read more

Auto Rotate, ability to mark user as on vacation or sick to remove/skip them in workflow
We have a pretty big sales team and we require them to respond to leads quickly to them being received. If a lead sits without a response for more than 15 minutes we are not doing our work the way we would like. We use a handful of workflows to dist read more

Filter for Tasks showing Queues each Task belongs to
It would be valuable to have a filter (or "view") on the task page that allows me to focus just on the tasks that I have not assigned to a specific task queue. There is a way to look at each task queue individually, but not the tasks that are read more
