Time to First Agent Reply not Correctly Calculated

カテゴリの階層数を増やすことは可能でしょうか？ 現在、下記の階層が最大だと理解してますが、カテゴリの階層を、4,5と増やすことは可能でしょうか。 1.カテゴリ（トップページ） 2.サブカテゴリ 3.記事 HubSpotブログで可能な場合も教えてほしいです！

ぜひ、もっとナレッジベースの階層を自由に設定できると嬉しいです。 弊社の場合、プロダクト別にマニュアルやFAQを分けたいため、階層が足らないです。
