【質問】テンプレートの開封率を正しく計測するには？
現在、Hubspotのメールテンプレート機能を使ってお客様にメールを送っております。 その際に、CCに自社のメーリスを入れて送付しているため、開封率が常に100％という異常値になっております。 返信が来た際に誰でも確認できるようにとCCにメーリスを入れているのですが、皆様はどうされているのでしょうか？ テンプレートの改善指標のためにも開封率やクリック率は取りたいと思っているのですが、BESTプラクティスがあればご教授いただけますと幸いです。

目標管理について
レポート・ダッシュボードでKPIに対する進捗状況を確認したいのですが、可能でしょうか。 なお、現在はsales starterで使用しています。 目標を活用しようと思ったのですが、登録？自体できず苦戦しています。 また、商談化率（取引作成数/リード数）を施策別にダッシュボードで確認したいのですが、それは可能でしょうか。 以上、2点わかる方おりましたら、お教えいただけますと幸いです。
