Carousel Ads
Why can't we make carousel ads or posts in HubSpot? Basic content management systems have this ability, and HS is meant to be an inbound marketing wizard. Let's see this implemented asap.

Chatbot response time
Response time by the robot of chatflow is quite long and user may leave the conversation if it is not more reactive. Is there a way to speed up the response time from chatflow robots ?

Allow file upload during ticket creation
When creating the support ticket, the Upload File property does not allow uploading a file from PC. I would like to request that this feature be added.

+1 should be available because teams creating a ticket can not go back to the ticket to attach files.
