If I export the knowledge base from Hubspot then reimport it I would expect the import to work. Unfortunately it does not (due to the error "some categories couldn't be imported" on every article. My reason for exporting and reimporting was to t read more

Is there a way to create a ticket from an email? I have a HubSpot add-in but it is for sales which creates a contact. I do not have an option to create a ticket directly from an email. Thanks!

When an email to a ticket inbox goes to spam, you can mark it as "not spam" but that action does not create a ticket. Instead the email moves the inbox and is quite easy to lose if you normally monitor tickets from the ticket view. This was also read more
