Add NPS Scores to Dashboards
Right now, in the new Custom Surveys, you can add the reports in the Analyse tabs to a Dashboard if it is a Custom Question but you can't for NPS scores. This feels like a major oversight to me because including NPS in a Dashboard, that can then read more

Additional Agent Tokens in Inbox Email Signature
I would love to expand the use of the email signautre on an inbox to also include additional dimensions in the "Agent Token". Today you can only include Full Name, First Name or Last Name. I would love to see you pull in other dimensions of Role/ read more
