Don't rely on users to track email
I like Hubspot a lot, but one major deficiency I am seeing is the email tracking related to records. Coming from Microsoft Dynamics, any interactions (sales, support etc whatever) were tracked when sent to the contact, without the user having to do read more

Improve email integration across the board
1. We should not have to rely on extensions for email synch as it introduces massive variability (people fiddling with the track email/log to CRM settings etc), some people not doing it and is unwieldy to manage. 2. We should have a central way to read more

Hubspot Gmail Extension Settings
There needs to be away to make a blanket setting across all users to have the default setting for Logging emails toggles off on the Gmail extension app. Just the default part though. Still the ability to select it for indivudal emails. Reason be read more

Superhuman Email Integration to manage HubSpot shared Inbox under Conversations
Superhuman makes it fast to answer my emails. It will be great if I could use it to clear my HubSpot queries under the shared Inbox (Conversation).

Filtering by contacts that global bounced
It would be great to have a filter that filters contacts by global bouncing, not only if they unsubscribe from marketing emails. F.e: If a contact is not working anymore in an enterprise and its email is disabled, it would be of great help read more

default sort lists
every time I go into the list I have take an extra step to then sort the list correctly... would be great to be able to choose the column to sort on and in which way, and then save that as the default sort. And really easy to do technically. Your su read more
