How to respond to tickets generated via the API

Incoming mail only remove outgoing email
Hi there! We are looking for a solution to having incoming inbox but removing the outgoing email. It is simply meant to be a forward to shuffle and hold email. Hubspot says they do not have this option. Does anyone have a work around? We read more
