Mobile App does not log SMS activity
Noticed that when you trigger a text from the mobile app, you get directed to send an SMS but the SMS activity does not get logged. You still need to log activity. It's ok but an extra step. Would be great if the activity is automatically logged. read more

Log SMS texts sent to contacts in the CRM
When hitting the text message icon on the HubSpot Ap, it takes you to your texting screen on your phone, which is great. I think it would be very valuable to automatically log that text into the CRM if you hit that icon button on your contact's page read more

Only log emails to EXISTING CRM contacts!!
We have the outlook sidekick plugin on our email accounts, which logs emails and gives you a nice sidebar for more contact details. - Which is great for our actual customer contacts. However, this plugin is currently adding absolutely everyone read more

Hiding Inactive Contacts
We'd love to have the ability to hide contacts who we have marked as Inactive or somehow categorize them on the company record in the right hand column where it shows the contacts, maybe a section for Active and a section for Inactive.
