マーケティングEメールのエラー
Eメールを配信後にコンタクトへ連絡をとったところ、メールが届いていない事例や挿入した画像が読み込めていない事が判明した事例がありました。原因を特定したいのですが、以下ご回答頂けますと幸いです。 1.コンタクトのアクションが「配信済み」になっているが、実際には受信できていないコンタクトが存在している事が判明しました。原因は何でしょうか？ ( 迷惑メールに分類されている訳でもないようです ) ・受信できなかったコンタクトは、これまで問題なく受信できていたコンタクトです。 ・特定のドメ read more
