Required email and form fields before chat or bot conversations

What's the status on this ticket? Capturing email and name through chat is not ideal as others have already pointed out.

Live Chat will respond via email if user is offline
If a customer starts a live chat, enters their email at the prompt but leaves the site before an agent is connected to respond to their enquiry, it would be good if the live chat would understand when a user has left the site, and should, therefore, Beitrag ansehen

workflow trigger to send message after bot handoff to live chat, via chat

Can cookie associated with a contact be used to fill in contact variables in a chatflow?
Hello everyone, I am creating a bot that Targets specific visitors using segmented lists. In theory, the visitor has been identified as a contact that belongs to a segmented list by the hubspot cookie so this bot will only show up then. If so, if Beitrag ansehen

How does the "Available" status get determined in an inbox?
