Filter transcript terms by user/customer
When adding reports by terms used in transcripts there is no use for the data if i cannot filter if the customer used those terms or my rep. It is a very basic info using transcript!

Transcript filtering
Hi, WHen adding search terms it is basic to know if the customer used it or the the sales rep. So you must add a filter for terms indetified on customer side or sales rep side. THanks

Dashboard cannot use date filter when using cross-reporting across contacts and companies

Adding fields to tasks view
