We are struggling a lot with calculated properties which give no option to convert days to weeks, months, or years in the reports. Time between dates always appears as days in the reports , while in the property view it DOES CONVERT the values in ye read more

(posting on behalf of customer) We (management) must be able to create a list of calls with all details including call length, outcome and directly listen to the call. We can't manage the prospecting process without this functionality.
