Hi All, Is there a way to place the "Deal Description" as a tab in the centre pane of the Deal Details screen. The existing tabs are Activity Notes Emails Calls Tasks I find deals often have relatively long descriptions and keeping them read more

Would like to have a printable version of a ticket that includes properties on "About this ticket". Currently the only option is exporting ticket information to a speadsheet to print, but that is not very viewer friendly.

Agreed, sometimes we need to load the information in a ticket as an authorisation for an order. Would be very useful to print a ticket (as pdf)

Currently have to download an email's attachments one-by-one inside the CRM. This takes a long time - especially on the support side where there are multiple images or documents attached - and would be much more efficient if all email attachments co read more
