Just coming back to HS and the idea of the auto phone nmber fornatting is klinda nice... ...but the formatting that HS enforces is so very very wrong. in the UK the correct format for a mobile phone is +44 XXXX XXXXXX, and for a landline it's +4 read more

A recent Idea post is showing as Delivered. It so so isn't. It's all over the place. See my post for more detail, but certianly for the UK it couldn't be more wrong. The formatting puts the spaces in all the wrong places, makinb it incredibly diff read more

Scenario: As part of my sales process I ask prospects to fill out a 'business background questionaire' before my first phone consultation with them. I currently do this via a Google Form, for whivh I send the same URL to each prospect. Google lets read more

I have spoken to them this morning and they agreed that it was very odd. They drew a blank but are looking into it.
