Dashboards - Date picker
I use the date picker on my dashboards on a daily basis and now this is to be replaced - has anyone found a work around to replicate - i tried the beta version and did not find it user friendly - why we cant have both options baffels me

Viewing support tickets directly from all the survey types
CES surveys can't be customized, and have 7 satisfaction levels as options for rating the support tickets, which our clients find quite confusing. Therefore we have decided to start using CSET survey type instead as its more straight forward - read more

Agree this would be a great update and much less confusing. Even an option to select your own.

Calculate Cost Per Unit as a Percentage (and/or) Adding Commissions on Products
