Add team signature when sending from shared email outside of Conversations
At present, if you reply by email to a Ticket from the Ticket page, using the Shared Team Email address, HubSpot does not add the Team Signature. However, it does add the Team Signature if you respond to a Ticket from within the Conversation I Beitrag ansehen

Delete ticket action in workflow
Ability to delete tickets in an automate workflow dependent on ticket name/age/pipeline stage etc. Thanks, Alex

We also need this. The law requires data to be deleted when no longer needed. The ability to auto-delete old tickets would be hugely useful.

When automatic replies auto-spammed, subsequent emails from the contact remain spammed

Granular User Permissions for contact and companies
If a contact or is visible to multiple teams or assigned to multiple users, everyone can see the emails exchanged with the contact. Some emails have sensitive information which should not be visible to the other team. On the other hand i can't restr Beitrag ansehen

User permissions are flawed when a user is a member of multiple teams / allow teams to own objects
