Messages in languages other than English
In Messages you can customize the message. In my case make it Dutch. So the welcoming message is Dutch and when I'm offline it explains it in Dutch. But when you send a message while being offline the system asks in the next step for an e-mail adres read more

One more thing : it would be great to add a language option to the chat transcript.

Allow workflow re-enrollment for deal properties
Currently, contacts must be manually re-enrolled in a workflow if the enrollment criteria includes a deal property (specifically, deal stage). The inability to automatically re-enroll is very limiting, as we want our processes to work as seamlessly read more

We should be able to set the CRM Deal Stage property in workflows
We should be able to set the CRM Deal Stage property in workflows, so we can send Inline EDM follow ups on mass to sales prospects in the deal funnel. This will then automatically jump the prospect to a new deal stage in the CRM. I get that there read more
