UTM Parameters for Emails
So currently, these source and medium utm parameters in email tracking are non-editable as they're defined by the system. It would be nice to be able to change them to match my company's internal analytics team's system.

Trigger a workflow for unassigned live chats
There is no way to set an internal notification for my sales team when live chats are unassigned and therefore missed. Since there is no property value that is set for unassigned chats, you can't let anyone know. Otherwise you could simply read more
