Scheduling a live chat and a chatbot
Can you schedule when you want Live Chat vs Chat Bot to appear? Simply put, my client wants to engage in Live Chat during business hours, and have the Chat bot working off-business hours. Can't seem to find any kind of scheduling.
For this type of chat flow design, you can create a chatbot that checks if users are available first and routes to those users, or the bot will continue the conversation. This kind of bot is known as an Offline Bot and is available for Sales and Service Hub Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.
