Copying a picklist property to a multi-line text property

Hello,

I was trying to copy a picklist property to a multi-line text field property via a workflow. But it seems to be weird as the value does not change in Hubspot. I tried testing it with various contacts. 

Any advice on this please?

Hello Karsten, 

I double checked and realised that I was testing the enrollment process but I did not publish the workflow and do  it real-time. The mistake on my side.

Could you share a screenshot of that workflow action? Generally, this copy action should be successful, it's one of the compatible combinations: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/compatible-source-and-target-properties-for-copying-property...

How are you confirming whether the copy action was successful or not?
