Hi, can someone help me here? I tried reaching out to technical support but due to a free subscription, they cannot assist or help me with this. So we managed to follow the process and integrate the zoom phone with our Hubspot, however, during the test Zoom Phone shows as one of the providers but whenever we use the zoom phone it says calling and the call will be dropped after a second. It was confirmed as well with the internal team that no calls were received on the recipient's number. Please see what it looks like.

Thanks for the feedback, but it is sure not disconnected nor dropped because this was tested out a couple of times, including today, and it is still the same. That is the problem because there is no error code showing as well if there were as per zoom they could extend the assistance --- the drop seems off plus if HubSpot calls zoom phone doesn't do the same thing check out the photo.
Can you please try to add the image to your post by clicking on the camera icon? It looks like it didn't come through as I only see "[image: 1.png]" in your post.

sure, please see the photo below. As you can see while it says calling in Hubspot it doesn't do the same in the zoom phone also even if it says calling the recipient (one of my colleagues) didn't actually receive any call nor missed call. Thanks!
