Website Traffic Report for different website

SOLVE

Hi guy, I have asked my web developer to insert the Hubspot tracking code on my company website, we have 2 different one, which i believe i need to only use one tracking code. However when i check out the traffic analysis report, it does not separate the tracking of the 2 website and it only shows one result and i am confuse as to which result it is showing.

any one can share some advice on how can i view the 2 website traffic report separately? thanks.

Hi @yplow,

Analytics should be shared, yes. Here are two older threads on the same topic that provide more context:

Hope this helps!

Hi @yplow,

Have you enabled automatic cross-domain linking in the settings?

HubSpot has a knowledgebase article about this, section "Track multiple domains with cross-domain linking" here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/set-up-sources-tracking

If you want to separate traffic analytics for different domains, this can be achieved through additional brand domains: https://www.hubspot.com/products/brand-domains

Hope this helps!

Hi Karsten,

Thanks for the reply, I see it is a paid service for the domain tracking in Brand Domains.

In this case, if I am just a free user, I have inserted the tracking code on both of the websites, does that means the reporting/numbers on the dashboard are showing both website traffic add up together?

thanks for the clarification in advance.
