Which Prospects are Interacting With Your Templates?

Email templates are a great timesaver. In Sidekick for Business, Template Reporting takes things a step further by telling you which templates are most effective so you can share the best approaches across your team.

Today, we are going a step further with the new Template Sidebar. Simply click any template on the template dashboard to see a slideout telling you which individual prospects have been sent, opened, or clicked a specific template. As a sales rep, this gives you a new way to decide who to follow up with from the perspective of a specific message or template you are testing.

The Template Sidebar is now available to all Sidekick for Business users. To see the template sidebar, visit Template Reports, and click on any template.
