[Now Live] URL Based Audiences in the Ads Add-on

What is it?
Within the ads tool in HubSpot, you can now create website traffic audiences based on traffic to specific URLs, or sections of your website based on URL structure, not just your entire site’s traffic.

Why does it matter?
Website traffic audiences are an incredibly helpful tool for advertisers. Add a Facebook Pixel or Google’s site tag to your site, and you can instantly start remarketing to your site visitors. You could even create a lookalike audience off of these audiences and broaden your reach to people who may not be currently familiar with your brand.

But what if you want to get more targeted? You may want to provide recommended blog posts to people who view your home page. If they visited your pricing page though, maybe it's time to offer them an opportunity to speak with your sales team. That’s where URL based audiences come into play. With URL based audiences, you can provide specific offers to people based on exactly the type of content they’re viewing, giving you the chance to be as helpful as possible throughout the buyer’s journey.

How does it work?
Feel free to refer to this knowledge doc to learn more about URL-based audiences in HubSpot.

From the ads dashboard, select ‘Create Audience.’ When selecting “Website Visitors,” you’ll now have the option to create an audience based traffic to all your web pages, or you can specify a specific URL or URLs that contain a specific path like “/blog.” Doing this will target ads at anyone who has visited any of your blogs, not just one.

This can be done across both Facebook and Google Ads audiences.

Who gets it?
This is now available to all users of the ads add-on.

What language is it in?
All languages supported by HubSpot.
