Here’s what we think will help:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
1+ years of HubSpot experience and holds certification(s) from HubSpot Academy
1+ years of experience in paid marketing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy in fast-moving environments
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and
multi-task with minimal supervision
Resilient and goal-oriented, with a track record of exceeding expectations
High-level teamwork skills and ability to support the success of those around you
As a HubSpot CRM and Marketing Specialist, you will:
Establish and maintain sequences and workflows for our customers
Create digital marketing campaigns, lead capture forms, landing pages, and email templates (in collaboration with a graphic designer)
Manage functionality of 3rd party software integration
Analyze, cleanse, and update CRM data to ensure high quality data standards
Gather analytics and assemble marketing reports based on information from the CRM
Meet regularly with the digital advertising and follow-up teams to refine ongoing projects
Troubleshoot user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the CRM
Support the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including onboarding of new users
Create training resources, instructing the team on best practices and how to use the CRM
Write and Schedule regular email campaigns
