Hiring a Revenue Operations Manager for Tech Startup

Hi all - new member to the community! My company, Hunt Club, is looking to hire our very first Revenue Operations Manager to support our Sales & Marketing teams.

 

A few notes about the ideal candidate:

  • We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations as a subject matter expert with proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards.
  • They are an expert in lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Great track record of working across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Technology teams.
