Currently in the support hub you can toggle for everyone having access to all company tickets or not. It would be ideal if we could allow specifc contacts access to all of their company tickets instead of allowing it for everyone or no one.

I love the new layout in beta, and the search feature is fantastic. I noticed that within the search results, you can call, email, or create a note. Is it possible to add the ability to 'create a task'?

This request is referring to the email health tool in HubSpot: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/monitor-your-email-sending-reputation-with-the-email-health-tool At the moment, this tool is a great overview for marketing emails in general. However, there are improvements that would make it easier to draw conclusions and take action - most notably the ability to see health broken down separately for marketing emails, one-to-one emails sent through HubSpot and transactional emails. Thanks in advance for considering this request.

When adding an attachment to a deal, that attachment should also be added/associated with the associated company and contact records. I realize every deal can be unique but if a deal is associated to a company/contact record, every attachment should also be added to the associated records. Example: When I upload an agreement to a deal, I should then be able to view that attachment from the associated company record and/or the associated contact record. Potential Alternative: When uploading an attachment, be given the opportunity to select/deselect also adding it to the associated company/contact records. That would give each user control. Value Added: Support/Customer Success teams would not have to dig for agreements/files inside of deals nor would the sales team have to upload to multiple places.

When we create a meeting from a company or contact page it should be natural to have : - in the title : the name of the company or contact we plan to meet - the address when we choose "meet in person" thanks to consider 🙂

The pop up screen for merged records only allows users to "merge" or "cancel" so if a user wants to reject the merge, they have to click out and reject on the previous screen. It would be wonderful to be able to reject from the pop-up screen.

Its would be great to have the ability to 'close' a form to submissions without having to delete the whole form. At the moment, to stop submissions to forms, you have to delete the whole form, and therefore loose all the submissions and data. I know you can download the submissions, but to ahve the form and the submissions still live historicvally would be helpful. If there was a way to stop people submitting their data to the form that would make life alot easier!"!!

Give solutions to structure the Dashboards and make them easier to read. The only option today is to add blank spaces, images or text but these count towards the limit of the 30 reports per Dashboard. So if you use them to structure the Dashboard, you don't have enough reports left to show the data. It would be great to have the ability to: - Grouping content or reports together - Using the blank spaces or images without counting towards the 30 reports limit - Using colors, shapes, any other structuring tool

Frequently I have to identify the Automations that are triggered by form submissions. It would be really helpful in completing this work if the list view for Forms has a "Used In" column similar to the one we have for properties. This should include Workflows that are triggered by the form submisison as well as Lists and Views that use the form submission as filter criteria. This would also help identify any assets that might be impacted by editing or deleting a form.

This feature request is something that many have asked for in the past. When you either have the manual tracking code embedded on the site or utilizing a CMS module that integrates HubSpot into your site (like WordPress), it tracks all forms. You can get around this to a point by utilizing modern form modules (WP Forms for example) that have native integrations with HubSpot that basically causes the form to be seen as a native form versus a non-HubSpot form. If you have login forms, or other sensitive data type forms then sometimes these forms are included. I realize that "sensitive" data isn't tracked per se...but then you still get a ton of entries for logins, non-marketing forms, etc. There have been plenty of work arounds over the years, but it's definitely time to get this resolved fully for the HubSpot customers/community. I envision that to make this easy, in the HubSpot Admin you could toggle individual "tracked" forms that appear and block them from sending any notifications on a form by form level, and/or just stop tracking them completely. Remember - currently the non-hubspot form notifications appears to be a global setting, not on a form by form level. Thanks for the consideration in this MUCH needed / simple feature.
