First, the change to the help button should be reverted, or at minimum, provide users with the capability to revert back. Two bugs; 1) You click anywhere else in HS, it closes your chat and you need to re-open from the beginning to get to your message. 2) You minimize chat, but the help button is fake, it doesn't actually open the chat. As for the Lifecycle Stage 1) The incapability of assigned company-based workflow at the deal closed lost pipeline section makes it impossible to prompt a user to make a manual change to the lifecycle stage of the company record. 2) Due to lifecycle stages progressing only forward, you cannot write a workflow that changes those stages back to lead once an opportunity is closed lost. Recommended changes are to leverage poor CRM and data management: 1) To reset the lifecycle stage and wipe completely, losing historical record 2) To create a further lifecycle, when in reality the account should be regressing to the initial stage (See forum responses here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Lists-Lead-Scoring-Workflows/Best-Practices-for-Moving-Lifecyles-Ba...)
