Hi, I have been on this for a while now and I still havent figured out how we can get a weekly performance reports of our meeting links and just to make it clear, here are the items we need: Count of specific form submissions (y-axis) #1 break it down per date (day/month/year) (x-axis) further break it down per owner (can be stacked with totals) We already attempted using a cross report between contacts and activities for this however here are the issues we have: contacts reporting fields can pull the form submission property but can't pull the submission date. Form submission are logged on contact's activity logs however its not applicable on custom reports. We have some secure content that users need to register for and create a password. I would like the user to set their password in the sign up form.   Currently the process is the fill out the content form, then have to wait 2-5 minutes for Hubspot to email a password registration link, then set their password to access the content.   This user experience breaks the flow of what the user wants to do and we see less engagement. ...read more

We track our Marketing efforts largely by how many deals are created and what's the associated pipeline. This is important for companies that have longer deal cycles. But right now, the campaigns feature only shows closed won revenue. So we can't see how campaigns are contributing to pipeline or deal creation. Would like to evaluate your predictive lead scoring property likelihood to close, however I cannot check it against historic customer data since the property filter is limited to "has ever been equal to" instead of "has ever been greater than or equal to". If you could add the latter as a filter option this would let us users make the most of your black box scoring. Thanks!       ...read more

Neither associating a deal with a slack channel nor creating a workflow allows a team to track activity updates (specifically notes) for deals at scale.   1. You can only associate one deal with one slack channel. You can't associate multiple deals to one slack channel and it would be ridiculous to add 100 slack channels when you have 100 deals you want to keep track of!   2.  You can't add the content of notes to a slack notification workflow. You can only make the workflow activate upon creation of a note. I don't want to know that a note was created in slack! I want to know what the contents of that note was so I don't have to check that deal specifically and monitor if notes were created or not!   Is a solution to this problem coming soon? seems like lots of folks have this issue - and it creates so much friction for sales people when trying to manage clients as a team. ...read more

When editing sequence, it's annoying to have to 'edit' the template to be able to see the full template. If you could expand the template without having to 'edit' it that would be good. Or, just scratch that and show the full template by default. Simple feature that should already be there. ...read more

Our goal is to track our ROI both digitally and offline.  Currently, you only have the "offline source" option on Hubspot which these customers can come from so many different offline marketing tactics. We had a thought, and couldn't find it within the HubSpot platform so posing it here.     We have a horsepower calculator created on excel that allows me to punch in numbers to figure out Horsepower required for an application.  Is there a way in Hubspot to create a calculator to be used externally without it getting **bleep** up by an end user?   The goal is to provide a more accurate response from our customers/prospects. The value is our time, if our end users/prospects can figure out what engine size they need, it eliminates at least two phone calls or a couple of emails.   I tried using the knowledge base but it lacked customization for what we're trying to accomplish.   Really just wanting to be able to have a customer put in the required values to a sheet that will give them required output when all the values are entered.   Thanks for considering.   ...read more
