Currently if a client adds someone else from their company to run point on a deal, you have to go into Hubspot and add that new person to the deal manually. It would be nice to be able to see all deals by company in the Hubspot extension so you could add people to deals quickly. ...read more

As a person that works in sales, it would be really useful to be able to change the default view on the deals page. While we are able to create new views, we are having to constantly change it to what we want to see because it defaults to EVERY deal you have.    For instance, if I could only default to my 2023 deals in the works, it would allow me to keep a cleaner deal view than every deal assigned to me that I don't need to look at for another year or so due to renewal times.   We can change the default view on the home dashboard....why not the deals?    As always, thanks for your help!!  ...read more

We use Custom Events and after each event create a workflow that creates an association to each contact if they attended or were a no-show. As we operate in several countries I usually create a list of all registered for a specific event to each country but they would like to add a column to see easily who attended and was a no-show. Hello Hubspot family!    Happy to be joining d this community!    just a quick bug I found while scrolling down the website, when a user scrols down and then click on the Discussion tab, the options are not shown clearly. I'm in "Edit Deal Form", and am editing Conditional Logic rules. I get that if I display e.g. a certain Pipeline, certain Properties will be shown. E.g. If "Pipeline" is equal to "Developer Projects", then show "Contracted PPA Volume", etc. However, I've confirmed with customer support that you cannot ensure that certain Properties are NOT shown? This would be very valuable, as certain teams of ours need to search and select X properties, whereas other teams need to be able to search and select from Y properties. It is a crucial feature to be able to start a WhatsApp conversation from the inbox or via the API. So far, we need to wait until a contact writes us on WhatsApp to be able to answer. Once the user "subscribed" to WhatsApp we are allowed to write the person to open a conversation with a template.   Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for?   Sales team     What is their goal?   Get a conversation going on WhatsApp   What value will this add? Hello, I understand HubSpot provides visibility of useful data and the goal is to turn the lead or MQLs into customers. In our specific case, we usually want to get historic data, looking back and getting insghts from the past. So far, HubSpot provides the first conversion date, recent conversion date and the Number of submissions, all these fields are super useful BUT we'd like to get ALL the submissions dates. For instance, if a user submitts 7-8 times different forms and he/she is engaging, we would like to get all these info within the contact, not just the first and the last... otherwise, we'll never be able to set the proper metrics to our business. I guess this is something asked very often and I really believe it'd super helpful. Why we are just getting the dates of the first and the last conversion instead of ALL the submissions?
