It's not possible to configure a support person's personal signature in the conversation inbox, you can only configure a team signature. This would help personalize responses from the conversations inbox.   Currently, personalized responses can be sent from the ticket, but then they do not always get synced back to the conversations inbox thread. ...read more

Hi, it would be very helpful if Hubspot had the same features for posting for each social media, (ex. polls, document uploads, etc.). Hi, We changed our company currency recently, which has had an adverse affect on some of our graphs e.g. waterfall. As we changed from USD to GBP it noted a lot of deals had descresed in value (which was not the case, the deal sizes had not changed, just the conversion of these deal values). Hi everyone!   I am kind of new here, I just started really using Hubsput a couple of weeks ago.   I am working on behalf of a marketing agency looking for potential leads interested in investing in Sports through partenrship opportunities. I am using Hubspot just as CRM, considering that the kind of emails I always send are very personalized. I had a problem connecting my work email with Hubspot because the work email's domain wasn't recognized by Hubspot so, to overcome theproblem, I connected Hubspot with my personal Gmail account where the work email is already embedded. There, I am sending emails using my work account, tracking them on Hubspot.   The CRM is working perfectly and the email are tracked and up to date. My problem comes when I check the data on the dashboard (ex. total email conversations per rep and so on): I have no data there.   Can you help me to figure the problem out?
