Hello, I have multiple pipelines under deals. For some deals, based on the pipeline, I need to ensure they are associated to a ticket. For other pipelines they won't ever be (or need to be) associated with a ticket.  I wanted to set this as condition logic for the Create Deal Form. However this is unsupported (I double checked via the webchat) My workaround is to create bogus tickets for the pipelines that don't need the association.  Please could you look at  introducing the ability to include associations as a conditional logic property for Deal Forms.  thank you ...read more

I have a client with the use case where we would ONLY like the Deal Amount to be updated by the values from Line Items.   We can create a Workflow to 'clear' the Amount of the Deal if it has no Line Items, but ideally just need a check box that allows you to define that the Deal 'Amount' should only ever be populated by its Line Items. ...read more

Currently it is possible to add a Product (from the Product Library) to a Deal, and modify its name.   It's not possible to restrict Name changes (as you can for other Properties) based on Profile or user. This means that Reports on Line Items in a Quote or sold may not be entirely accurate, since the Line Item names may not match if a user inadvertently makes a change. Whilst we can train users not to do that - preventions is better than cure 🤒   My client requires more control over who can make certain changes to the properties on a Line Item when being added to a Deal, but specifically the Name. I would like the ability to create a shortcut to be placed in the top area of the new UI.   The new beta UI leaves a bit of empty space in the header and for me, who jump around to different departments/customers/tickets multiple times almost every minute, it would be grand if you were able to pin objects (ticket view/deals/dashboards) to the space right of the search bar for easy and fast access. Preferably you'd be able to pin a shortcut to a specific view, for example "My open tickets".   I work in customer support and I check older tickets, company information etc. all the time, and I work closely with our project coordinators and other teams in their own tickets. Currently (April 2024), it is possible to add code snippets only to selected KB articles. It is not possible to add the same code to all articles at the same time. Code added to "all pages"  won't be applied to the knowledge base pages. ...read more

If we could pin our favorite menu items to the navigation bar, we wouldn't have to keep opening up the drop down list every time we want to switch views. I mainly use 3 menu items, so it would be very nice if these 3 showed outside of the drop down list.   ...read more

When configuring your line items in a deal, the billing frequency drives the deal amount. However, It's monthly, one-time, etc. But there’s no weekly as an option. For example, when entering a deal and it's 3 months long, it isn't accurate because there's not 4 weeks on avg in a month, it's 4.3 So my forecasts are always inaccurate. ...read more

Frequently I have to identify the Automations that are triggered by form submissions.  It would be really helpful in completing this work if the list view for Forms has a "Used In" column similar to the one we have for properties.  This should include Workflows that are triggered by the form submisison as well as Lists and Views that use the form submission as filter criteria.    This would also help identify any assets that might be impacted by editing or deleting a form. ...read more
