When you create a Calculated property that is based on Company Currency, it should be possible to display the Company Currency alongside the field value. For example, if I'm multiplying a percentage property by the Company Currency (which is GBP), we need to be able to define the display format of the resulting value to avoid confusion i.e. GBP or £. Currently I have to include the currency symbol every time in the Label of the output property for clarity.

The messages tool is an under-utilized tool yet quite powerful. Our business has seen an uptick in leads once we implemented chat to our page. Of course, we were very excited when Messages appeared on HubSpot, since having a natural integration into our CRM was the dream. Unfortunately, HubSpot has a long way to go as far as standard features are concerned, to have the Messages tool function appropriately. These updates would benefit the Sales and Marketing Teams and the goal would be to increase visitor engagement and drive lead capturing straight into the CRM. We use a product called LiveChat now and some of these must have features are quite useful and HubSpot would be highly advised to utilize the same. These features are: Ability to transfer chats We run into the issue where a technical representative needs to handle a chat request and the ability to transfer said chat to another owner is a must for us. Chat via the Mobile App Allowing HubSpot Owners to chat via the Mobile App is a must have since our Sales Team is on the road quite a bit. Custom form questionnaire Currently I only have one option to allow chatters to give me their e-mail address, no custom fields are allowed. It would be nice to have this ability to ask for more information. LiveChat calls this a "Pre-Chat Survey". To top it off, the current feature, once utilized, sends the chatter a very wrong message: "Thanks! [HubSpot Owner] will respond by email.". This is not true, I simply wanted to capture their e-mail, not make them believe to leave the chat since I will respond via e-mail. So very wrong. If the person provides their contact info, do not give them any messages but bring them straight to the chat and save them as a contact within HubSpot. IP Address should be captured from the visitors since we have their cookies anyways once they engage with us. I personally have Workflows that depend on these fields and it would be nice to know where the visitor is located. Original Source should reflect "Messages" so that we can measure how many leads we are capturing via chat lines. Lifecycle Stage and Lead Status should be asked of the HubSpot Owner once the chat is closed to appropriately flag the contact. Reports on how many chats you had within a given time period should be readily available in the Dashboards view. If others have any more suggestions, please add to it. I am a big fan of Messages (once done right) and HubSpot needs our help! Upvote this topic and let's grind this out HubSpot Team!

The ads add-on has lost a lot of value since HubSpot removed Linkedin ads.. And it stills cost the same... I hope it will be back on the road map very soon

It would be WONDERFUL if HubSpot would allow a feature that would allow us to edit a contacts sequence without unenrolling them. It would save a lot of time, and it would make things better to customize each contact's sequence.

It would be awesome if it was possible to have an automatic logging pop up through the mobile app once a person has called you and then the call has ended.

tasks are great tool in hubspot. but unfortunatly you have to give "contact write permissions" to users who should be able to edit their assigned tasks. that makes often no sense in daily business. it should be possible to handle the user permissions more flexible.

When a user is importing info, there is an option "Don't Override Information" for Contacts or Company. Can we extend this to also include Deals and Custom Objects? I import Deal information on a weekly basis because the deal info is constantly changing. I need the Deal Stage of my deals/custom objects to not change when I'm doing these imports. Basically I need that checkbox next to Deal fields and Custom Object fields "Do Not Override."

SMS is becoming more popular and is a preferred form of communication by most now. Looks like some integration is showing up (via Ring Central Labs) into the contact activity (see screenshot). Missing piece: SMS is NOT showing up in reporting. PLEASE find a way to incorporate this into reporting.

Hello, I recently had a project I wanted to include in my Hubspot management and workflows. The project was to change a specific roperty in Deals section, to another one, each end of month. For example, each 30th of the month , I want my deal to change of status. For now it's not possible to base the workflow of Deal section on a date (contrary to contact section) and it's not possible also to include a specific date that would trigger an action into a workflow. The idea is thus, to create a section where it's possible to settle a deal on a date or include a way to choose specific date to trigger an event in a workflow. I hope you liked the idea !

Our sales staff have a different individual quota each month + there's an overall target for the company and countries. We would like to have an option to enter their monthly quotas in the beginning of each year and track it month by month on a country level basis. This will allow us to track their performance monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly and annually. This will also give a good understanding on months when something is not working and we could look into the possible reasons why this is happening. In addition, this would give us an holistic view how sales people as well as countries and how are they performing.
