I'd love the ability to tie Facebook Lead Ads to a Hubspot campaign, just like I can with salesforce (one of my workflows does this). Currently, Hubspot won't automatically associate Facebook Lead Ads with a Hubspot campaign because there are no Hubspot assets tied to it (no form, no landing page). This blows up my campaign reporting in HS, because the campaign source for these new contacts shows as "No Value". Worked with support for work-arounds, but couldn't find a way. ...read more

Hi,  I've been trying to use Hubspot pop-up forms on our website and found it very unfriendly as they're not too changable:  1. the CTA button cannot be linked anywhere (a landing page for instance) 2. Cannot get rid of the default email field collection (what if I don't want to collect any info from the user but just put a link to a registration landing page?) 3. Cannot apply an exhaustive set of rules based on time for instance (I want this pop up to pop at certain hours, and a different one to pop up at different hours of the day / geography based etc.)  4. No A/B testing capability   I believe this really should be much more flexible and user friendly than it is ...read more

Right now a survey can only be either email OR website. We would want this to be multi-channel at the same time (and as soon as you filled in the 3 months survey wave in one channel, the other channels realise that and stop asking for the survey):   Email Website Mobile app API Chatbots (writing to customer loyalty in the feedback tool, not new properties) Since we often don't have an email from our end user (because they buy from distributors), we don't get enough customer feedback. Having an API or a widget we can embedd in mobile would increase the response rate because all our users use an Android app (without login). Currently, if a module has been edited at the page-level, those edits take precedence over any changes made to the module's default settings at the template-level. This allows for modules to continue to present the correct information on the pages in which they live, but there are situations in which it would be convenient for users to be able to easily hit a "reset" button on a per-page basis to reset a module to its default settings.    For example, if one were to create a custom module that contained four separate fields and added it to a page, and then subsequently edited that module on the page, but then later decided that the fourth field wasn't necessary and deleted it from the module, that page is still going to display all four fields. In order to update the module on that particular page, you have to remove and re-add it– the tech support old faithful of turning it off and back on again.    It'd be convenient to have a toggle in the module that would allow you to choose to reset the module to its current state in the design manager so that you didn't have to go through the process of removing and re-adding it. This would also be highly beneficial for instances in which a local module group was edited at the page level and then later converted to a global group, at which time changes to the global group won't be reflected on the page since it'd still be holding onto the settings specified at the page-level from the previous version of the module.  ...read more

Integrate created tasks within Productivity > Projects and Productivity > Calendar so that created tasks are reflected in both tools and can be assigned to specific Campaigns.   Couldn't agree more. Love to be able to create a task manually and have another pulldown menu to tie the task to a project and a campaign or just to one. ...read more

I recently needed to reassign user access settings in my HubSpot portal to allow a teammate to create & edit existing chatflows. After reading several knowledge base articles and contacting HubSpot Support, I found out this was included under "Account."    HubSpot - it would be great if you could move this setting out of Account Access to ensure our teams have appropriate non-admin level access, and if you could document this in your help articles.  ...read more

In the goal attainment column there is a sum of goals for the team/users/pipeline viewed. However, it only includes users who already have created a deal for the period viewed. It should show the sum of all user goals, regardless if the user has created a deal yet.   Example: I am in Q1 but viewing Q2 for TeamX who has 4 members, each with a goal of $250K. So TeamX has a goal of $1M for Q2. But this is not what the Forecast shows in the goal attainment column. Instead it shows the sum of goals only for those users who have created a deal for Q2 (which is not all as we are in Q1). If only 1 user of the 4 in TeamX has created a deal in Q2, the goal attainment shows a TeamX goal of $250K rather than the correct $1M. If 2 users, then it shows 500K and so forth. But that is intuitively wrong. TeamX's goal for Q2 is $1M based purely on their goals, regardless of how many have started creating deals for that quarter.     ...read more

We have a large global Marketing team that leverages HubSpot and small Marketing Operations team that maintains the system integrity and processes (me)!   How challenging would it be to allow Super Admins to edit "Name your Workflow" to whatever we'd like our teams to follow for a naming convention?    A naming convention is helpful for maintaining the system, aligning the global team on active campaigns and makes it easier for me to know what's "safe" to delete without needing to run a full audit every few months.
