Create organizational folders that would keep ads/assets sorted by audience similarly to how LinkedIn is able to do this on their back end for your own ease of use.  This would allow a structure as follows:  Campaign (theme)  Audience  Ads    Currently the Audience layer is not possible.  Also to market to existing remarketing lists, the targeting has to be done at each ad level rather than being able to put a collection of ads under an audience segment pulled from LinkedIn.    Thus, you also cannot easily report on engagement levels by that audience layer across multiple campaigns.    ...read more

😥 Currently, there is no option to set Knowledge Base article audience access to only allow permissions for logged in Hubspot users. For example, if I select Private access, the user (even myself) has to be added to a list, then must accept granted access, then create an additional password, just to view Hubspot content that should be available to them via permission settings. I thought the SSO feature might work for this, but it is an entirely different feature.   🙂 Solving for this would remove redundant logins, plus allow us to successfully transfer from Zendesk and continue to use our Knowledge Base articles for customer-facing, public content as well as private, internal-use only/product training content.  ...read more
