Reporting on Conversation feedback is very limited if you can't view which Agent the feedback applies to. Agent is presented within the UI but there's no filtering or controls to use there. Hello!  When sending an email from HubSpot and CCing someone, it creates a contact record for them each time. We often CC people in our company, and I do not need a record created for anyone being CCed on a record. We only want the primary person who is being emailed.  Please please make this stop! Hello,   Is there a way to filter form data to build a bar chart for a specific question against a specific form?    All it needs is in the Filter section in the Custom Reporting Tool, there needs the ability to add a specific form. Our team sees value in viewing campaigns in the calendar view of our scheduled social media messages, specifically by color.    Since we cover a wide range of topics, it would be great to see what we have scheduled under each category/campaign tag without filtering to a specific campaign. This would allow us to understand what topics we have covered (or too much/too little of) in a single, color-driven view and align with the way we already use HubSpot.   This is something our social media managers have to do manually in a spreadsheet or do a weekly manual review of what campaigns we're covering and how they are organized around other messages. ...read more

Goal: Add attachments over the API and have the same options to control access rights to them as for other attachments added manually in HubSpot.   Background: Attachment files added manually in HubSpot are created with access "HIDDEN_PRIVATE" which makes them unavailable to all user who has access to HubSpot file tool and allows to set access rights using Object Access permissions.   Problem: According to the documentation - "All files uploaded through the API will be visible in the files dashboard and the files picker. Hidden files cannot be created. However, private files and non-indexable files can still be created." which is a risk cause such attachments will be exposed to anyone with access to HubSpot Marketing file tool. It is possible to customize access to such files by customizing folder's access in the files tool but it doesn't have all the opportunities as object access customization has so it's impossible to have equal access rights for all object's attachment.   Idea: Allow creating hidden file using API so that all attachments (created manually and over the API) are stored equally and the same access rights could be set. ...read more
