Currently, when adding a new product to the product library we have defaults for price and billing info that are required to be entered. In my business (manufacturing), we do not have set pricing per unit as the price is determined by materials, where we get it from, etc. The exact same product can have multiple costs due to these factors so it is impossible for us to set standard unit pricing for the sales team in our HubSpot   Unfortunately, we cannot remove the price and billing defaults from the create product list.    Our goal is for our sales team to add a new deal, enter the total deal value, and select a product (or multiple products) by name only.     ...read more

Allow the ability to replace an image directly in the file uploader for faster more efficient editing and eliminate unnecessary duplicate images with less clicks.    When working on a marketing email often small changes need to be made to the images within the email. Currently, HubSpot does not track Zoom activity for users but we would like to see user activity tracked too.   As a membership organization, we have users in our system who are users in our account, but that we also would want to see how they are engaging in HubSpot.   Also, if we do employee training with Zoom webinars, we'd want to be able to track employee engagement as well. ...read more

There are a few ways that this could be improved:   1) when you click on "Add Contact" on a deal record, it should list the contacts assocaited with the company record the deal is associated with (if deal not associated to a company record then leave blank). Having to search for each individual contact and it bringing through random other contacts with the same name is inefficient and leads to errors. It also means people are less likley to do what is a vital step   2) Between deal creation and deal close date everyone that is contacted via email alongside a contact associated with a deal should auto associate with the same deal. When working Enterprise deals, more and more contacts get added to email replies. These people automaticlaly get a contact record created if they are not already in the system, I feel there must be an easy way to auto associate them to the deal. Whilst it would not be folproof it would mean that more contacts are associated where they shoudl be without the need for manual intervention ...read more

Contact workflows can currently be trioggered by a change of task status, i.e. the completion of a tasks initiates the workflow. This needs to be possible for deal workflows as well. There is no technical reason why it isnt possible. ...read more

The ability to import multiple Company sites, Contacts and Deals under the same group URL is currently impossible as the system de-dupes, it should have an option as when creating a Company to create anyway.   Also URL extensions for branches cant be imported example.com/location – these should be taken and the system could just give a reminder if doing it manually that this could become part of a group or have a parent (but not compulsory).   To import you have to add a fake URL.  ...read more
