So that in a contact view there's a single click option to go to some website query based on variables. Sorry this is already on the list but just using our emails to highlight the problem further. We have an issue with using email as primary key. Two examples -   Firstly, in how it relates to our (many) businesses that have two owners (say husband and wife) they both use the same email address but have different requirements of us, one might need finance training one might be management. We want the history of both as they are two different people, two differnt interactions, two different member contacts but using the same email address.   Secondly, we have a lot of users who don't permanently work on a computer (warehouse, gardeners, science lab techs etc). They may have ONE email address for an area e.g. orders,@xyz or admin@xyz or room44@xyz but several people use this as their work contact. I would love to see the ability to only show the our Users name.... but without the second line for the email address.  Even with our 20ish users this is a long drop down to scroll through... but I can only imagine larger organizations or call centers must really struggle. I know you can just type and search... but that isn't really the most effective plan when I'm reassigning 100+ Deals a day. ...read more

For the service hub, allow users to have the ability to create different properties within service tickets that are specific properties to the pipeline they are assigned to.  this way users can set up different tasks depending on the service pipeline teh tickets are flowing through.  ...read more

When adding proposed meeting times toan email, it would be very helpful to be able to select other team members calendars to be included in the view. (See image below for the screen)  We often pick and choose people who should be on a specific call and when proposing times it's helpful to see when everyone is availble rather than only your calendar. Similar to how google functions where they have a check box for whose calendars you want to include. (Google Example)    Additionally it would be very helpful for those suggested times to create blocks or holds on your actual calendar through the Gsuite calendar integration.    Since they dont create blocks it's very easy to double book yourself when you have to schedule multiple meetings.        ...read more

We have files expiring all of a sudden and we don't want them to expire! It would be nice to filter by expiration date and more easily clear those off. Clearing them in bulk would be amazing too... ...read more

We need a way to set a default value for pinned filters.     Always defaulting to known is not helpful. I'd like more control over how these work. Also being able to group properties into one filter would be nice   it's still beta fyi         ...read more
