Currently, all Incoming Emails into the Conversation Inbox automatically creates a Ticket and then has a Ticket Name reflected and bolded in the Preview Pane.   However, those Threads created by Form Submissions do not have a Ticket Name reflected in the Preview Pane. While we can move the Ticket Name as the Property right at the Top of the Form, this Workaround does not work when there are Subsequent Replies on those Form Submissions which would remove it once again.   With that, it would be good to allow for this as it is rather inefficient and time-consuming to look through the Submissions one-by-one. Similar to the keyword search for published social media posts, it would be great to have this function also extend to scheduled social media posts.    The problem: We schedule well in advance and want to be able to search if a specific post has been scheduled to avoid doubling up.   It would be great to be able to keyword-search published posts so that I could easily find posts featuring a particular product, topic, holiday, campaign or hashtag. ...read more

Currently the Cards in the Overview Tab will allow display of Properties for the containing Object.  However, if the Property Type is "Rich Text", only an abbreviated "Plain Text" version is displayed in the card.  It would be great if the card would actually display the Rich Text formatted content. When you have any record in HubSpot, be it company or contact, and there is a field with a URL, such as company website, LinkedIn company page, e-mail, etc., you can open the link with a single click, via a small square with an arrow pointing out to the upper right (during onMouseOver).   However, the HubSpot Chrome Extension is missing the ability to do this. Ablity to automatically associate a contact to a deal when we email them. We are sending emails from a deal to our Contractors to Quote for a job. When we send it it would be great it if could automatically associate that companycontact with the deal and not just the homeowner contact.   this is for sales and to speed up the manual process of having to add the additional contact to the deal, this will allow visiablility to view who else is required to follow up on outside of our company to present a wholsome quote to the client.  ...read more
