Hubspot Line item editor does not allow flexible terms when Billing Frequency = Annual, is selected. This is a major incovenience when our internal price list for our subscription products is defined for a 12month term,   In my industry, we sell any flexible term there is and invoice once a year for any 'yearfrac' duration there is remaing.   E.g. we sell a 18 month term for a product with list price = 100.   Then we have:   Duration is 18 months = 1.5 years 2 billing events 1st years invoice is 100, 2nd years invoice is 50. This system limitation should be removed. Not every saas product is billed monthly or as a one-off, so this standardization is very inconvinient for larger saas portfolios. I'd have to convert my list price to a monthly price in order to work with Hubspot CPQ line editor, that's just bad user experience. I've configured a 12 month list price using Salesforce CPQ which worked just fine. Furthermore, there is NO reason this would skew the measures calculated above. When your email is disconnected from HubSpot, contacts in a sequence should be paused and not unenrolled due to error.    You should have the option to re-enroll error contacts into the sequence without manually removing and re-adding the contacts at the correct step. With larger campaigns where contacts are across multiple stages, this is very time-consuming.  ...read more

Our folders and contact lists are meticulously organized, which is crucial for maintaining clarity, especially given the frequent recurrence of lists in our workflows and reports. This often results in long names.   I propose enhancing the search results more expansively. Hello,   I think that it would be very useful to have the possibility to navigate through the views in the "Contacts" page by adding the arrows for scrolling to the right and to the left. I can see just 12 views and to see the ones that are on the left I have to click on the drop-down menu under "Contacts" and click on "Contacts" while to see the ones that are further to the right I have to click on one of those that are further to the right before "Add view".   Contacts+arrows It would also be useful if instead of "Add view" there was a drop-down menu to be able to directly choose the view to add by scrolling down or writing the name in a search box, without having to change the page, and with an "All views" option ", or something like that, to eventually go to the views search page. Also, it would be useful to be able to categorize views. For example, for the work I do, mine are set based on the artist, the dates, the territories and other miscellaneous things, so it might be useful for me to be able to see all those, for example, which are organized based on the territories ( e.g. "Booking Estern Europe", "Booking Northern Europe" etc.) on one side and those based on the artist on another, perhaps in drop-down menus or on different lines in a pop-up menu. I haven't created it yet well in my head how this thing could work in detail but in the meantime I'll give you the idea. Obviously we should be able to name the categories ourselves and we should be able to order them as we like. I hope, if you were to make it, that it doesn't become yet another useful paid feature that I can't afford with my "Sales starter" plan.   COMPACT VIEW OPTION Furthermore, it would be very useful for me to be able to see more information in the contacts screen and generally be able to have a more compact view. I would like to be able to see multiple columns and multiple rows on the same screen. Maybe you could add a "Compact View" option. As far as I'm concerned, the navbar could have 30px in height, as well as the FilterBar, and I would drastically reduce the left and right padding of the information within the columns, almost making it a Google Sheet, so that the information contained is not obscured so much when the column width is reduced. Still regarding the FilterBar, if the reduction were to make it unsightly to leave the "Contact owner" links etc., these could be transformed into orange buttons. Who is the feature for: developers The goal: allow developers to change CRM forms via API The value: developers will be able to delete/change CRM object properties, even if they are used in objct creation form. More examples: - More background: At my company we have 1 "production" HS account and several others for testing purposes. All these accounts should have the same set up (same objects, same properties names and labels etc.). In order not to do this setup manually, we decided to develop an automated script which creates/updates custom object schemas via API.   But we bumped into a problem: In case a property is used in this object's creation form, we receive the next error from HS: Property: <property name> of object type <object ID> is currently used in 1 places and cannot be deleted There's no way to remove this property from a form via API. It should only be a human who goes into UI and removes this field manually from the form. And same story with a property which was added to a Custom Object: we can't add it to a form.   Because of this, we have to do extra development to overcome all consequences. ...read more
