Under sales analytics - Lead Funnel    We truly need the ability easily click and view the contact from the lead funnel under sales analytics. the drill down table there is not helpful and hard to use.    Also -- in addition to seeing conversion rate need to also see total qualified.    There's also a need to have a time to qualify metric there! I'm requesting that a feature be added to automate post-scheduling on Google Profiles (formerly Google My Business). Creating posts on Google Profiles is another form of social content publishing and it would free a lot of time for myself, the marketer, who has to go directly to Google every single week and post manually. Marketing Email Template settings allow us to select a specific user and name for the 'From' field - but it would be so helpful to be able to set a default sender email address for marketing emails.   The marketing team is engaging with prospects from one email address as sender and we have so many templates we use in our website. The team is changing the email address we set for the current templates, so this will require manual work from our side to update it all. Hi,   I'm looking for a way to anaylse call notes and important sales documents.    I want to upload a document into the CRM and associate it with a deal. When it's accoiated with the deal it's either uploaded as a pdf or word doc and I can run an AI function to pull out key words. Name, contacts, revenue, competitors.   For example if I have a deal, name deal 1 in the CRM. I have a meeting with that company and they give me a lot of information and i notate it in a document. I want to upload the document, run the algorithm on the document and it pulls the data into specific fields on the crm.    My engineers and I are working on this idea but I want to know if hubspot has something like this already. ...read more
