I use workflows and sometimes find that 2 versions made me used as drafts before other workplace decisions are finalised.  On cloning from the 1st workflow, no comments are saved to the clones workflow though they are just as necessary. The ability to clone workflows with or without all active comments would be useful as it would mean that a note of revision on 1 action point, would be on the cloned workflow and therefore reduces the risk of things being missed along the design. ...read more

For some reason, Hubspot doesn't allow admins to bulk import multiple secondary domains. This results in duplicate accounts being created.  Manually creating secondary domains is so painful and required work if we want to prevent duplicate company records from being created when new contacts don't have an email domain that exactly matches a company's primary domain.    Furthermore, having a fuzzy match look up tool when creating accounts and contacts like Salesforce does would be great!   Why doesn't hubspot have it yet?   Hubspot CRM needs to do more to prevent duplicates from being created rather than selling tools to clean them up after the fact.  ...read more

Under sales analytics - Lead Funnel    We truly need the ability easily click and view the contact from the lead funnel under sales analytics. the drill down table there is not helpful and hard to use.    Also -- in addition to seeing conversion rate need to also see total qualified.    There's also a need to have a time to qualify metric there!
