Currently there is no ability on the IOS mobile app to upload or view attachments. At this time, it appears we are only able to upload images via the mobile app in notes activities. PDF/other documents aren't yet supported. We run a construction company with dozens superintendents, sales reps, project managers and project formans on the field. Here's an issue we're having that may have an "easy" solve. We have multiple subdomains with team-restricted folders for File storage. So the "Ironwood" team's images and documents are supposed to be saved in the "Ironwood" folder, for example. If people think to load a file to their folder and THEN use it on a web page, there are no concerns. However, it's a lot more convenient when you edit a page to just upload the resource as you edit, but the file ends up in the general Files area and is accessible by anyone. We use workflows to send messages to our clients using Wati, but sometimes the workflow sends two times the same message to the client because "The app took much time to respond" the issue here is that the message was sent correctly the first time but for some reason the integration didn't respond on time.    We would like to be able to increase o decrease the time when HubSpot will try to re-execute the action or to activate or de active this feature.   And to get a notification that a workflow is trying to retry an action. ...read more

We're starting to trial the new prospecting tool in HubSpot, and surprised to see that you can't partition Leads by Teams.     We use HubSpot across multiple countries and we need to partition the data. We already have this for Contacts, Companies and Deals and feel it's a missed opportunity not having this for Leads.  ...read more
